Overview

The Financial Services Representative at Four Points Federal Credit Union in Omaha, NE is responsible for providing comprehensive member transaction and account-related services. This role emphasizes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with members through various communication methods while promoting financial products and ensuring a high-quality member experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide member transaction and account-related services in person, over the phone, and electronically
  • Process requests accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Promote and deliver deposit-related products and services including savings and checking accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong member relationships through consistent service
  • Act as primary teller, handling a wide range of account transactions
  • Manage cash in the branch, including audits and maintaining vault responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve concerns or complaints
  • Recommend products and services based on member needs
  • Record account transactions accurately in the Credit Union accounting system
  • Assist with special projects and administrative support as needed

Required skills

  • High school diploma and minimum one year of cash handling experience
  • Working knowledge of credit union products and services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to utilize computer technology and various software applications
