Overview

The Financial Program Specialist at HD Hyundai Infracore North America LLC will focus on assessing the effectiveness of the organization's sales financing programs. This role entails analyzing key performance indicators, managing sales programs, and providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in financial sales program budget management and execution
  • Review and audit lender subsidy files and program documents
  • Manage sales programs from application collection to dealer incentive provision
  • Analyze financial impact of sales programs and develop recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales program processes
  • Provide regular reports on program take rates within budget
  • Facilitate IT and data-related projects, including Salesforce and Oracle
  • Create and maintain data reporting processes and dashboards
  • Communicate insights on financial market trends

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL
  • Strong strategic problem solving and critical thinking
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in equipment finance or real estate finance is a plus
