Job Description

Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Emery Jensen Distribution will collaborate with the FP&A Director to manage ROI models and customer proposals. This role includes developing the annual budget and monthly forecasts, conducting financial analysis, and leading a team of analysts to support business operations and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and prepare financial models for new customer agreements and incentives.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly projections.
  • Analyze monthly operational and financial performance.
  • Develop and manage financial statements and business activity reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Required skills

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  • Solid analytical background with strong logical methods.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP & BPC/EPM, Power BI.
