Overview

Golden Reserve LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Paraplanner & Client Services Team Manager to lead a growing team of paraplanners. This role combines both paraplanning and leadership responsibilities, focusing on building financial plans and managing team communications while establishing a top performance in paraplanning.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 17 paraplanners across the country
  • Build out financial plans and manage annuity application processing
  • Prepare custodian and insurance paperwork
  • Conduct policy delivery meetings and annual review preparations
  • Serve as the primary contact for client requests and communications

Required skills

  • 3+ years of management experience with direct reports
  • 5+ years of professional service paraplanner experience
  • Ohio Life and Health Insurance license
  • Excellent communication skills for team management and client support
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented culture
