In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the dealership's financial services, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and the company's internal policies. • Work closely with sales teams to identify and propose financing solutions tailored to customers' needs. • Train, mentor, and support staff on financial products and best sales practices. • Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement. • Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.
