Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking a Financial Counselor to support high-net-worth clients by providing guidance on investment strategies and financial planning. This role focuses on building strong client relationships without the pressures of sales, as the firm's structure emphasizes client service over commissions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy and market events
  • Proactively connect with clients on a quarterly basis to review asset allocation
  • Collaborate with internal teams for optimal client service
  • Gradually build a client roster with the support of the sales team

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management in the finance industry
  • Series 65 certification (will assist in obtaining)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Consultative approach with emphasis on client focus
  • Strong communication skills
