Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking a Financial Counselor to join their team, focusing on servicing high-net-worth clients in Canada from their office in Camas, Washington. The role emphasizes building client relationships without the pressure of prospecting, leveraging a firm structure that separates sales from client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting and professional relationships with Canadian clients
  • Connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation and financial goals
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy and market events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
  • Gradually build a roster of high-net-worth clients through company support

Required skills

  • CFA (any level) and Series 65 (assistance provided)
  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio management and client relationship building
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong consultative approach with client focus

  • $90,000 - $140,000 base salary, based on experience
