Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking a CFA Level 1 holder to join as an International Investment Counsellor, serving high-net-worth clients primarily in Canada while based in the United States. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and providing personalized financial education and portfolio management without the pressure of sales prospecting.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting and professional relationships with Canadian clients
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy and market events
  • Collaborate with internal teams for optimal client service
  • Gradually build a roster of high-net-worth clients

Required skills

  • CFA (any level) and Series 65
  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio management
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Consultative approach with client focus
