Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking a Financial Consultant, specifically an International Investment Counsellor, to service high-net-worth clients living in Canada. This role focuses on building client relationships from the United States while ensuring alignment with the firm's fee-only fiduciary practices, enhancing the investment universe through tailored financial advice.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Canadian clients
  • Build trusting and professional relationships with clients
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy and market developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide optimal client service
  • Gradually build a roster of high-net-worth clients

Required skills

  • CFA Level 1 or higher
  • Series 65
  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio management
  • Client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Consultative approach
