Overview

The Financial Analyst II at CHRISTUS Health will provide support to various facilities and senior leadership through the design and implementation of revenue cycle data analysis and reporting. This role involves synthesizing data, standardizing management reporting, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue realization and cash flow.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and manage standardization of revenue cycle reporting
  • Assist in goal setting and performance monitoring
  • Synthesize and communicate relevant data to support strategies
  • Facilitate benchmarking and comparative reporting of revenue cycle metrics
  • Conduct financial opportunity assessments to improve revenue cycle performance
  • Develop plans to implement strategies and measure results
  • Analyze the value of initiatives and services across the system
  • Create and monitor performance measurement models
  • Provide analysis capabilities and tools to enhance operational skills
  • Cultivate internal and external relationships for support and knowledge sharing
  • Conform to regulations, policies, and instructions
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
