Overview

The Financial Analyst II at CHRISTUS Health will provide essential support through data analysis and reporting across various facilities and corporate groups. This role focuses on synthesizing information to enhance revenue cycle management and optimize financial performance at different levels within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and manage standardization and consolidation of revenue cycle reporting
  • Assist in standardizing goal setting and performance monitoring
  • Collect and synthesize information to support strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate development of benchmarking and comparative reporting
  • Perform financial opportunity assessments for hospitals
  • Support strategic plans to improve cash flow and net revenue realization
  • Assist in strategy development and measurement of results
  • Analyze the optimization of initiatives and services across the system
  • Create and monitor performance-linked models
  • Provide analytical capabilities and information to operations
