Our client, a leading organization in the finance sector, is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: North York, ON (Hybrid - Monday to Wednesday in office) What's the Job? Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues. Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, payment, and account discrepancies. Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to ensure smooth financial operations. Analyze financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of Canadian finance or accounting experience. Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations. Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and financial reporting processes.
