The Financial & Accounting Controller position is a key role in the food manufacturing sector, located in Carson City, Nevada. The role involves overseeing all financial aspects of the assigned location, with a focus on analysis, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial aspects for the assigned location
  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
  • Coordinate local compliance with company policies
  • Ensure cooperation with enterprise-wide functional departments

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of accounting in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
