Overview

Catalis Regulatory & Compliance, LLC is seeking a Finance Service Representative to provide financial processing and account support primarily for the Florida Prepaid College and 529 Savings Plans. This role involves handling transactions, correspondence, and inquiries to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions for the Florida Prepaid College Plan following written procedures
  • Handle financial correspondence including cancellations, invoices, and refund requests accurately and timely
  • Initiate customer calls and emails, responding to inquiries from customers and other departments
  • Identify and report errors and inefficiencies in processing
  • Use spreadsheets for recording payment histories and summaries
  • Assist other departments with special projects as needed

Required skills

  • One or more years of accounting, customer service, or financial transaction experience
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Intermediate math skills and solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Word processing and intermediate spreadsheet application skills
  • Ability to understand and solve complicated financial transactions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Computer mouse and PC skills
