Aramark Healthcare is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. This role involves preparing financial and operating reports, conducting financial analysis projects, and collaborating with operational teams to enhance performance while ensuring strict internal controls.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare financial and operating reports
  • Conduct financial analysis projects
  • Collaborate with operators to improve operational performance
  • Create annual forecasts and budgets by venue
  • Accountable for cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Perform weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with audits and maintain financial records
  • Train and develop finance and operations teams
  • Assist in operational support as directed

Required skills

  • Minimum five years of progressive financial experience
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and P&L management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Ability to work in budgeting, cost controls, and monthly reporting
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting practices
