Overview In this role, you shape and govern Deloitte's Finance Operate managed services offerings for Controllership / Record-to-Report within the Technology, Media & Telecom sector. You lead solutioning, mobilization, and delivery, working with senior leaders to drive scalable finance operations improvements. You'll blend accounting expertise with service delivery, commercial sense, and industry insight to deliver impactful client outcomes. This position offers high visibility in growing a core managed services practice and opportunities to influence cross-functional teams. ResponsibilitiesArchitect and shape Controllership / R2R managed services solutions for the Technology, Media & Telecom industryLead business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and response materialsManage Finance Operate deal flow: pipeline visibility, qualification, prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization/deliveryLead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery: governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and reportingDrive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, R2R, or finance transformation6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations6+ years of experience in Technology, Media & Telecom industry or with TMT clientsExperience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed servicesAbility to travel 50%Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorshipIndependent work style with teamworkStrong written and verbal communicationAttention to detail and qualitySAPOracleWorkday
