Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials Active Bar Admission in North Carolina, in good standing 23 years of substantive experience in a variety of capital markets transactions, particularly focused on structured finance Strong drafting and negotiation abilitiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Key Responsibilities Advise clients on structured finance matters, including capital markets transactions and related agreementsDraft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for a variety of structured finance dealsCollaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive support on complex transactionsMaintain direct client interaction and contribute to the growth of the firms finance practice Why Join Us?
