Overview

American Direct Courier LLC is seeking Independent Contractors for final mile delivery and assembly, specifically for RTA furniture and fitness equipment in the San Francisco area. This role offers the flexibility to schedule jobs based on personal availability, providing an excellent opportunity for supplemental income.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact customers to schedule delivery and installation appointments
  • Pick up freight from the local warehouse
  • Deliver and assemble products in customers' homes
  • Provide trash removal from installation sites

Required skills

  • Delivery and assembly experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Cargo van, sprinter van, or box truck (up to 16') required
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle registration
  • Vehicle insurance required
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English)
  • Smartphone
  • Ability to pass a background check
