Overview

The Field Technician II or Higher at Park Energy Services will be responsible for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of various natural gas compressors. The role involves measuring and reporting gas metrics, conducting equipment start-up procedures, and performing necessary maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Read gas meters and record amounts of gas received, delivered, and consumed
  • Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Set units and perform start-up procedures on location
  • Maintain replacement and repair parts for assigned units
  • Assist with overhauling engines, compressors, and related components
  • Use hand tools to maintain and adjust equipment
  • Utilize electronic devices for troubleshooting and testing equipment
  • Coordinate and assist with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  • Respond to unscheduled service calls
  • Submit accurate maintenance reports and paperwork
