Overview

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Bilingual Field Service Technician (French/English) based in Montreal, QC. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware systems at customer locations, making it a great opportunity for early-career IT professionals to gain hands-on experience and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and system components
  • Replace defective parts and perform hardware installations and upgrades
  • Collect and communicate technical data to support teams for escalations
  • Follow established service procedures, documentation standards, and administrative processes
  • Deliver excellent on-site support and maintain positive client relationships

Required skills

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, field services, or hardware repair
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking hardware
  • Ability to diagnose, repair, test, and replace hardware components
  • Valid Quebec Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle
