Overview

The Field Technician I at Park Energy Services will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of various natural gas compressors in the Tilden area. The role involves reading operational data, performing equipment start-ups, and assisting with repairs and scheduled maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • Read gas meters and record gas operational data.
  • Monitor equipment gauges and indicators for proper functioning.
  • Perform start-up procedures for equipment on location.
  • Maintain and repair parts for assigned units.
  • Assist with the overhaul of engines and compressors.
  • Use hand tools for equipment maintenance and adjustments.
  • Utilize electronic devices for troubleshooting and testing.
  • Coordinate with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in call-out rotation for unscheduled service.
  • Submit accurate maintenance reports and paperwork.
