PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Rancho Cordova, California. This role involves assessing properties, ensuring they meet standards, and performing various maintenance tasks while offering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys a hands-on job, and is comfortable working independently in the field.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform property evaluations including new property assessments and occupied property checks
  • Travel to properties in a timely manner to document conditions and identify needed repairs
  • Use computer and smartphone for dispatching and documentation
  • Attend training and staff meetings as directed
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and housing laws
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Required skills
