Job Description

Overview

The Field Supervisor at ITC Services is responsible for coordinating multiple crews in the agricultural sector, focusing on service delivery and customer communication. This position plays a crucial role in managing operations within a new territory in western Kansas, requiring strong ties with the local agriculture community and an understanding of farmers’ needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assign daily work activities across multiple crews
  • Communicate with customers, management, and crew members by phone
  • Assist management with service, safety, or crew concerns
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll records and customer invoicing
  • Manage fleet vehicles and ensure compliance with DOT processes
  • Provide direction for tarp and silage installations and maintenance
  • Identify and communicate potential business opportunities to management
  • Coordinate crew training, onboarding, and recruitment
  • Attend departmental and safety training sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company property

Required skills

  • 1+ year experience in hay covering or equivalent agriculture experience
  • Experience in managing teams preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility
