The Field Services Specialist at PacifiCorp operates as a Meter Reader and is responsible for connecting, disconnecting, and replacing residential single-phase self-contained meters. This role is essential in supporting the company's commitment to customer service excellence and environmental sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Connect and disconnect residential single-phase self-contained meters
  • Replace residential single-phase self-contained meters as needed
  • Complete training in meter connect/disconnect protocols
  • Participate in the obsolete meter replacement program

Required skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer service skills
  • Safety protocols and physical assessment experience
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices
