Overview

As a Field Service Technician at Aristocrat Gaming, you will provide technical support to customers, ensuring the seamless operation of gaming facilities. This entry-level role involves troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining gaming machines while participating in a hands-on training program for the first six months.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow assigned service schedules
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation
  • Gather and report service activity using field service management tools
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Follow Aristocrat's Safety Guidelines

Required skills

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to acquire a gaming license
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in technical support or field service preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
