Overview

The Field Service Technician at Aristocrat Gaming is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of gaming facilities. This entry-level role involves troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing gaming machines and equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. Technicians will undergo a comprehensive training program during their first six months and must be willing to travel within their assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines and controllers
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow assigned service schedules
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation
  • Report on service trends and challenges
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities using management tools
  • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer service
  • Follow safety guidelines and self-direct daily tasks

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Clean and valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Ability to acquire a gaming license
  • Self-starter and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with electronics and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more
  • Good manual dexterity and eyesight
