This is a full-time position for a technician who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot in the field, and is comfortable servicing a variety of pedestrian commercial door systems. Responsibilities Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial manual and automatic pedestrian doors Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and access-related door issues Repair and replace commercial door hardware, including closers, panic/exit devices, locks, hinges/pivots, operators, sensors, and related components Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections Properly document service work and communicate with customers Maintain a clean, professional company vehicle and work environment Provide high-quality workmanship and customer servicePreferred Qualifications Experience with commercial manual and/or automatic pedestrian doors Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Automatic door industry experience preferred AAADM certification is a plus Familiarity with commercial door hardware, automatic operators, activation devices, safety sensors, and access control is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Professional, dependable, and customer-focusedWhat We Offer 40+ hours per week Competitive pay based on experience Insurance reimbursement Company-provided service vehicle Company-provided phone Steady, year-round work Opportunity for continued training and advancementWe're looking for someone interested in building a long-term career in the commercial door industry and becoming an important part of our service team.
