Overview

Faith Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Power Systems to support the installation, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment. The role involves customer training, documentation of services provided, and developing strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities

  • Contributes to Field Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site.
  • Provides support to Level 2 and Level 3 FSRs in the removal of electrical equipment.
  • Interprets blueprints and other service documents.
  • Performs basic audits of customer's electrical systems and equipment.
  • Documents all required information for each site in a technical report.
  • Communicates with Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution.
  • Properly documents, labels, and returns all defective parts utilized in equipment repair.

Required skills

  • Electrical Engineering degree or completion of an electrical apprenticeship
  • Military experience as Navy Nuclear Electronic Technician or Electrician's Mate
  • Experience in electrical start-up and testing including circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capa
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to interpret maintenance manuals and technical documents
