Overview

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing personalized sales experiences directly in customers' homes. This role involves connecting with clients to introduce the latest technology, achieving sales goals, and offering a range of services with uncapped commission opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in their homes to provide personalized sales interactions
  • Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication
  • Work independently with scheduled appointments to engage with warm prospects
  • Attend paid training and participate in ongoing learning opportunities

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in upselling techniques
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive for company business
