AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their elite sales team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized sales experiences directly to customers in their homes, with the potential for uncapped commission earnings and a structured salary range. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong sales skills and a commitment to connecting customers with the latest technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers during scheduled appointments to deliver personalized sales interactions.
  • Conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery while resolving issues for customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain valid driver's license and utilize a company vehicle for business purposes.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience, preferably in outside sales.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and commission goals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques.
