Job Description

Overview

The Field Risk Specialist at DataScan Technologies, LLC plays a critical role in executing high-stakes floorplan audits at various wholesale and retail dealer locations. This role involves physically verifying inventory and reviewing dealership records while using advanced mobile audit applications, making it dynamic and integral to the company's risk management efforts.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify in stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers of floorplanned inventory units.
  • Meet with authorized dealership personnel to determine the disposition of missing inventory units.
  • Review and verify dealer records associated with sold, missing, and damaged inventory units.
  • Verify the status of Motor Vehicle Titles and MSOs.
  • Record inventory unit status in the Ai mobile audit application.
  • Document details of dealer visits.
  • Review audit results with dealer personnel.
  • Communicate audit results and risk potential with client representatives.

Required skills
