Overview

The Field Risk Specialist at Datascan Technologies is responsible for executing high-stakes floorplan audits in various wholesale and retail dealer locations. This role involves physically verifying inventory, inspecting dealership records, and utilizing a mobile audit application to manage and assess inventory risk.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify in stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers
  • Meet with dealership personnel to identify missing inventory
  • Review and verify dealer records associated with inventory units
  • Verify the status of MSOs and titles
  • Record inventory status information in the mobile audit application
  • Review audit results with dealership personnel
  • Communicate audit results and risk potential to client representatives
