Overview

DataScan Technologies is seeking a Field Risk Specialist to enhance their national field team, focusing on executing floorplan audits at various dealer locations. The role involves verifying inventory, inspecting dealership records, and utilizing technology for risk management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify in stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers for floorplanned inventory units.
  • Meet with authorized dealership personnel to determine the disposition of missing inventory.
  • Review and verify authenticity of dealer records and documentation for sold, missing, and damaged inventory.
  • Verify status of MSOs and titles.
  • Record inventory unit status in the Ai mobile audit application.
  • Conduct dealer visits and document observations.
  • Review audit results with dealer personnel.
  • Communicate with client representatives regarding audit results and risk potential.
