Overview

The Field Quality Associate at Team Quality Services Inc. plays a crucial role in maintaining quality standards for the company's automotive industry customers. Acting as a liaison between service locations and suppliers, this position focuses on problem-solving and driving continuous improvement initiatives to resolve quality-related issues effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service location personnel.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of supplier parts to ensure quality compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish supplier quality performance objectives.
  • Recommend process improvements and corrective action plans.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues rapidly.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of customer quality issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and teams.
  • Document and update quality-related information in software systems.
  • Use quality management tools like ISO, TS 16949, and AIAG Core Tools.
  • Maintain compliance with health/safety training and vaccination requirements.
