Overview

Team Quality Services Inc is looking for a Field Quality Associate to ensure high standards of quality and reliability for their customers, primarily in the automotive sector. This role involves acting as a liaison between service locations and suppliers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving quality-related issues effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service location personnel.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement supplier quality performance objectives.
  • Recommend process improvements and corrective action plans.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of customer quality issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers and service location staff.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Document and update quality-related information in software systems.
  • Promote compliance with health and safety regulations.
