Overview

The Field Production Supervisor at IJC-HRS Staffing will oversee work progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and schedules. This role includes supervising crews, participating in hiring processes, and conducting quality control and inspections on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead work progress from crews according to jobsite safety and requirements
  • Assist in screening and hiring workforce personnel
  • Train staff on safety and regulatory compliance
  • Execute quality control measures and attend worksite inspections
  • Read specifications and blueprints to direct crews
  • Work collaboratively with field personnel

Required skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & email)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem resolution abilities
  • Experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction
  • Ability to lead a workforce of 50+ technicians
  • Knowledge of blueprints
  • Experience with insulation, drywall, or similar
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Clean driving record
