Requires being available 24/7 and working in inclement weather.Requirements:Bachelors degree in engineering, science, or business. Requires in depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic concepts & applications. Must possess (or ability to attain in 1 year) PADEP operator certifications commensurate with Authority systems. Manage 6-person full time staff & outside contractors to effectively operate & maintain all facilities. Willingness to lead a preexisting team and accommodate the current culture while also seeking to optimize, train, and take ownership of the department.
