Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist 2 to lead marketing and growth initiatives at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. This role focuses on driving meal plan sales, enhancing student engagement, and improving consumer satisfaction while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team, including a Marketing Unit Coordinator, Graphic Artist, and Marketing Intern.
  • Coordinate and direct marketing activities across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, District Managers, and Operations Leaders to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Create meaningful experiences to improve campus dining participation.

Required skills

  • Strong marketing background and writing skills
  • Strategic leadership and talent management
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Strong computer skills, preferably with Scala
  • Presentation skills with extensive PowerPoint experience
  • Team development and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Contract food services experience (preferred)
