Job Description

Overview

The Field Installation Coordinator at Duncan Parnell Inc. is responsible for overseeing the Signs and Graphics installation team, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves supervising installation crews, providing training and mentorship, and maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise the installation team to ensure quality and adherence to SOPs
  • Support installation operations across multiple locations, including travel for on-site installs
  • Train and onboard new installers, monitoring their performance
  • Coordinate with the Signs & Graphics Manager and leads to manage turnaround times
  • Maintain the Installation Schedule Board and participate in production meetings
  • Generate install tickets and ensure accurate work orders from project coordinators
  • Review print materials for accuracy before installation
  • Organize and package jobs for efficient installation
  • Stay in contact with the installation team to address issues and progress
  • Monitor hardware levels and reorder supplies as necessary

Required skills

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Job-related experience and proficiency in basic computer skills
