Overview

The FCN Bank Assistant Branch Manager in Connersville, Indiana, will play a key role in the Retail Branch Department by leading daily operations and supervising a team to achieve customer service and financial goals. The position requires collaboration with the Branch Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise customer service representatives, head tellers, and tellers.
  • Open new deposit accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist customers with services including debit cards, online banking, and bill pay.
  • Provide guidance to business customers on cash management services.
  • Conduct audits of teller windows and cash drawers.
  • Support the teller line as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager on performance evaluations.
  • Address customer and employee concerns promptly.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent banking experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
