Overview

The FCMC Executive Assistant at First National Bank Texas plays a crucial role in supporting the President by managing a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires coordination with both internal and external customers, along with overseeing travel arrangements and maintaining department schedules.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Maintain department calendars and schedules
  • Arrange complex travel plans and compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Review invoices and route for approval
  • Run and process department reports
  • Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
  • Answer main phone lines and route calls appropriately
  • File necessary paperwork
  • Provide event management support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
