Overview

The Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant will work independently within a collaborative team at Agile Occupational Medicine, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care in occupational medicine. This role involves evaluating and treating patients, managing clinical operations, and enhancing team performance while compliance with medical standards is maintained.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat occupational medicine patients
  • Complete medical record documentation before the end of the shift
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with medical and professional standards
  • Recommend growth opportunities for new or existing services
  • Cultivate relationships with center clients and payers
  • Foster collaboration and professionalism among team members
  • Manage clinical and support staffing levels for optimized patient satisfaction

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
  • Unrestricted California PA/NP license
  • Active DEA registration
  • Current BLS and AED certification
  • NRCME certification or ability to obtain
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Team player in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Basic computer skills, including email
