Overview

The Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant role at Lancesoft INC involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse and underserved community in Placerville, California. Key responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within scope
  • Provide patient and family education in English & Spanish
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR (eCW)
  • Participate in quality improvement and community outreach

Required skills

  • Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in California
  • DEA Certificate & BLS Certification
  • Strong clinical skills in primary care
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • At least 1 year of primary care experience (including training)
  • Experience in community health or rural clinic settings (preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Committed to quality care and continuous learning
