Overview

The Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant role at Lancesoft INC involves providing comprehensive care in post-acute and long-term care settings. The position offers a flexible schedule and is part of a clinician-led medical group focused on delivering high-quality care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care in post-acute & long-term care settings
  • Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and therapies
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently
  • Educate patients, families, and facility staff
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and facility leadership
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes

Required skills

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Active or eligible license in Washington
  • DEA license (or eligibility)
  • Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation
  • Experience in post-acute, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred
