Overview

Palm Health Resources is seeking an experienced Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant to join their established Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves working closely with surgeons and assisting in various surgical procedures while providing patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the operating room including endoscopic and open vein and radial artery harvesting
  • Provide patient care in the Cardiothoracic Surgery in-patient unit
  • Manage night call on weeknights and weekends, with an anticipated schedule of 1 in 6
  • Perform rare outpatient clinic care
  • Collaborate with a high-functioning team of cardiac surgeons and APPs

Required skills
