Overview

WhiteCap Search is looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their primary care practice in Shelton, Connecticut. This role involves providing comprehensive, high-quality outpatient care to adult patients within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (18+), 100% outpatient
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, staff, and management to ensure continuity of care
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses in an office-based setting
  • Participate in care aligned with PCMH and ACO guidelines
  • Engage in shared on-call coverage within the primary care group

Required skills

  • CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)
  • Graduation from accredited PA program or nurse practitioner program
  • Board Certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in primary care
