TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for a Family Medicine Acute Care role at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Highland Park, California. This full-time position involves providing acute care services in a hybrid telehealth model to an underserved urban population, ideally suited for a bilingual provider who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide acute care services in a structured outpatient clinic setting
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
  • Conduct telemedicine visits while remaining onsite
  • Serve an underserved, low-income, and uninsured urban population

Required skills

  • Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Physician Assistant
  • California licensure
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
  • Minimum one year of urgent care experience
  • Board certification
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically AmazingCharts and NextGen
