Opportunity Healthcare is seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a permanent position in Sheridan County, Kansas. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $150,000, with a full-time schedule and support from a specialized recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care in a clinic setting
  • Respond to ER call one day per week and one weekend call per month
  • Manage an average of 3 inpatients during ER call
  • Work alongside 2 physicians and 1 PA
  • Support Women's Health when applicable

Required skills

  • Experience as a Physician Assistant
  • Clinical assessment expertise
  • Knowledge in emergency medicine
  • Familiarity with EMR systems like TrueBridge and NextGen
  • Ability to respond to calls within 30 minutes
