Overview

Privia Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) in West Nashville, TN to provide comprehensive primary care and urgent care services for patients of all ages. This position offers a full-time schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts per week, promoting a favorable work-life balance in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for all ages
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses, perform wellness exams
  • Offer women's health services, including routine gynecological exams
  • Handle urgent care visits and manage common acute injuries and illnesses
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
  • Develop, implement, and manage patient treatment plans
  • Document all patient encounters and treatments in the EHR
  • Perform minor in-office procedures (training available)

Required skills

  • Current, unrestricted PA license in Tennessee
  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • 12 years of post-graduate clinical experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
