Overview

Crossover Health is seeking a Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services in Grand Forks, North Dakota. This role involves being a leader in a team-oriented approach to health, focusing on patient-centered care and integrating various health services for the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services
  • Ensure continuous availability for medical and technical questions
  • Participate in practice quality improvement programs
  • Adhere to privacy, compliance, and quality programs
  • Participate in implementing new health technologies and programs
  • Provide after-hours coverage in rotation with other clinicians
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Completion of an ACGME approved Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Valid, state-issued medical license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current DEA Registration
  • 2 years clinical practice experience (preferred)
  • Current Certification or active participation in exam process for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Experience in providing longitudinal primary care
  • Knowledge of managed healthcare systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Superior communication skills
  • Self-assured and results-oriented
